Mizuno 10km Mt faber run 14th Jun. Met up with the ptis, kirby, wayne, robin, weijie. Hellava crazy run. I thought i could slow jog all the way, treat it as a recovery run for my sundown 2 weeks ago. BUT, no. My knees started to fail me at 3km i think. even before reaching mt faber. The run up was alrites, but it was the downslope which finished me off. Its as if im torturing my knees every step i take running the down slope. Sigh. I guess no more runs for me for at least 3 mths. Pls dun take my knees away!! Kbox on sat pics comin up! haha. Great time, but shld hav gotten more pics. Damned.
